My story

Rita Nortey

Thus far the Lord has brought me

Rita is a christian woman of great faith. A loyal friend and full of compassion for the sick, the vulnerable, the poor, abused adults and children. My love for God and trust in him has increased through the years as I experience his raw power at work in my life. I love God’s people and love to do his work in any capacity I can, or help promote it.

I found purpose in my pain and its all made sense to me now, that indeed! there’s no message without a mess! A very reserved person I am by nature.. but, how will people hear and benefit if I don’t share my true story? Stories can be relatable to others and they can find hope and draw strength from it. You are stronger than you think. Dive into my testimonies and know that without a test there’s no testimony.

Christ in you the hope of glory.

Rita's Goal

Is to give hope, counsel, raise esteem and support the sick who get labelled with all kinds of labels and are subjected to words and attitudes from people which make them feel disregarded and worthless.

These are hurtful, painful and can scar one for life. The world doesn’t like the sick but God loves everybody and sometimes uses certain situations to show his glory (John 9 1-12)

What cannot kill or break you will make you stronger.
Isaiah 43 2-3 NLT When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. This scripture relates to how my walk with God has been. I have been through it all but have not been consumed by it. The good Lord has been with me every step of the way.

A Place for everyone

In Christ, all are welcome. His blood was shed for all and no sinner is too sinful to receive redemption in Christ Jesus. No matter how high up the mountain of life you are, or how low you find yourself in life’s valley, His saving grace can reach you. Come, now! His arms are widely open. Come home, you have a place here.

  • A home for all
  • Comfort for all
  • Peace, perfect peace
  • Hope for your journey

Together we can make a difference

Hebrews 10:24-25 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
